How do condition ratings work?
Ratings such as 9/10, 8/10 or 7/10 are Klarge’s assessment of an individual item. A higher score indicates a better overall condition. Always read the description and inspect all photos for that item’s specific wear.
A condition score is not a battery-health percentage, a warranty or a promise that an item has no marks. Where a rating is not listed, contact us for a condition assessment before buying.
Can I inspect wear or ask for more information?
Yes. Open a product to browse its photos and use “Show full photo” where available. Contact us with the product reference for close-up photos, battery health, repair history, measurements or what is included. Please confirm any detail important to your purchase.
Do you deliver across South Africa?
Yes, Klarge offers nationwide delivery. Contact our team for the delivery options, charge and estimated timing for your address. Confirm these details before arranging a purchase.
How can I check a luxury item’s authentication?
Ask our team for the authentication certificate and details for the specific piece you are considering. Any disclosed modifications, including aftermarket diamonds, should be considered alongside the product description.
Can I sell or swop an item?
Visit Sell to us, add the product details and clear photos, then open the prepared WhatsApp message and send it to our team. When photos are uploaded, the message includes a private gallery link. A submission is an enquiry; our team will discuss the item with you.

Sold pieces show items from our collection. They cannot be added to your cart. Each product has its own reference, so similar models with different condition ratings may be separate items.
